From Boston and Points West/South (by car):
• Take Route 128 north toward Gloucester
• Take exit 16 (Pine Street/Manchester/Magnolia)
• At end of exit ramp, turn left on to Pine Street
• Proceed approximately 1 to 1-1/2 miles on Pine Street
• Turn left onto Route 127 (Central/Bridge Street)
• A Gulf station will be to your right
• Elm Street will be the second left off of Route 127 (Central/Bridge St)

From Points North (by car):
• Take Route 128 south
• Take School Street/Manchester exit
• At end of exit ramp, turn left onto School Street
• Follow School Street into downtown
• Proceed to the end of street (facing white steepled building and harbor)
• Take right on Central Street (Route 127)
• Take first right onto Elm Street

By commuter rail (train):
• Take the Rockport Line (from Boston's North Station)
• Get off at the Manchester stop
• Proceed toward downtown Manchester
• Turn left on Central Street
• Take right onto Elm Street
