OLD&D has completed several discrete projects for this client, whose campus is set in an attractive, rural locale. Brooks School is a co-educational facility serving a high school population in grades nine through twelve.

The team’s relationship with the school began when they were asked to create four new faculty housing units. The new homes provide on-campus residential living for staff members. Each unit features a fireplace and garage.
